Shipping Policy

Welcome to Kyeni Ensemble. Our platform is developed to make the shipping process easy and time saving. Below are our shipping guidelines and rules. Kyeni Ensemble does not store sellers books or ship books on behalf of the sellers. Sellers stock books and are responsible for shipping books to the buyers once sold. Sellers are supposed to ship books within 3 days (72 hours) after the buyer places the order. If you are not able to ship within this timeframe, please notify the buyer. Sellers can ship books to buyers through their preferred shipping couriers. You can use new shipping boxes or envelopes or recycle existing ones. If you choose to recycle, please make sure they are in good shape. For example, they should not be torn, and there should be no address or shipping labels from previous recipients.
