If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the book and get your money back. We strive to facilitate a seamless shopping experience for our customers while also respecting the individual policies of our diverse network of sellers. We do not have a universal return and refund policy since books listed on our platform come from different sellers. As such, please note the following guidelines regarding returns and refunds, which may vary based on the policies set forth by each individual seller. Initiating a Return * If you wish to initiate a return, please refer to the seller's return policy for instructions on how to proceed. * Contact the seller to initiate a return and obtain detailed return instructions. You can contact the seller through the seller contact page on our platform.

Shipping Returns Depending on the sellers return policy, the seller can pay the return shipping cost or require the buyer to pay the cost. * The seller will arrange with the buyer to return the book back. Both the seller and buyer may use their preferred courier to facilitate shipping the book back. * It is advisable to include a tracking number on the return shipping label to track the package and facilitate a better return process. Refund Process * Refunds will be processed according to the seller's refund policy. * Once the seller receives the returned item and verifies its condition, they will initiate the refund process. * The seller should notify the buy once the seller receives the book back. * Refunds are processed within 30 days upon being notified by the seller that the book has been returned, investigated and it meets their return policy. * It is advisable to keep the book in the same condition you received it and not use it while in your possession.
